| Wow it's April!! Today is Easter and would have been my Nanny's 90th Birthday, but I think she is probably much happier spending her day with Jesus!! My cousin Kelley came up yesterday and my mom and we went running around and had a blast and even played with "the electric art"!! Well just wanted you to know I'm still alive and kicking! I'll catch up on everything later! | | |
| Well it has been an eternity since I've been able to write something! I think it was before Karlee was born so I guess I should tell about her. Karlee Jo was born Sept. 18, 2006 she weighed in at a dainty 9lbs 4.2oz and was 21and 1/2 in. long!! I know she was 2 weeks late, but they finally induced me! Praise the Lord!! She is a great, happy little one....most of the time...right now she is letting me know she is tired. In other news we are covered in 3 to 4 inches of ice and the kids have been out of school since Friday at noon! So a few prayers for my sanity would not hurt a thing! It is so pretty to see the ice sparkle in the sun! Snow is expected this weekend....so the kids may never go back to school. And more scattered thoughts...Our friends Brian and Heidi are coming for a visit from Italy! Our boys have birthdays just 2 days apart and have been friends since birth, so Logan is excited to see Lance after so long. He looked up at me with his big eyes last week and said, "Mom, how are we going to play?" "Play?" I said He said "I don't speak Italian, Lance speaks Italian!" I assured him Lance still spoke English and they will have a great time! So sweet! This was taken in December! Last week!
The date is wrong on my camera, this was taken last week! She is a smiley girl!

| Well the house is quiet! That would be why I am able to check my blog and e-mail. Ya know I just discovered I have had a few comments, Thanks Heidi and Angie sorry I did not read them sooner! Well I just thought everyone could use a laugh, so I am posting this hillarious picture my sister-in-law had found. Have a great day. Hopefully I will keep up better in the future.

Now this is a cat fight!!!! | | |
| I can't believe that summer break is almost over. I wish that summer was giving us a break from the heat!!! For this big pregnant lady 100 degrees everyday is not making me happy!! You know it is hot when the kids beg to go outside and beg to come in after 5 minutes. Thank heaven for pools and the sprikler.
The girls are starting Headstart next week and we have to go this afternoon to do there screenings. I just hope they will show there wonderful side and not the side with the horns and pitchforks Well I guess there is not much to tell, back to laundry and housework the stuff dreams are made of....
Until next time......

| Well to say it has been a full and busy last 2 weeks could be considered an understatement! We had a lock-in, John preached, and then it was Sr. High Camp week. We got them off to camp just fine but on Wednesday evening we got the call nobody wants to get. There has been a crazy accident and one of our youth was being life flighted to Springfield to the hospital. By the time John got there they had preformed surgery to stop the bleeding in his brain. This was all caused by a wayward rock being thrown,he zig instead of zagging and the rock hit him right behind his left ear at the base of the skull. It didn't break the skin so they could not have realized how bad it was, but thanks to a great camp nurse he is alive, she called in the air vac. He was on a ventilator for the last week and a half in a coma, but God is good and they have put a temporary tracheae in and he is breathing on his own. He is opening one eye and responding by blinks a little. So please keep him and his family in your prayers.
Also, my brother finished the first part of ranger school with flying colors but then fell and has possibly broken his wrist, so pray that they won't make him try to finish with a partially healed wrist. He is to take over command at Ft. Benning being in charge of all training except for basic training.
We leave for CIY Sunday to Colorado so please pray for safety in our travel and that the kids will grow!
Well until next time have a great day!
